It is the best of times, it is the most nerve-wracking of times. 88 days until my first novel hits the digital shelves.
You never forget your first. Book release, that is.
I’ve cashed checks for my prose before and it’s a wonderful feeling. There is something fundamentally different about prepping for the release of a novel, however.
During the countdown, I’m going to discuss my preparations before the book’s. If you are a veteran novelist, tell me what I’m doing right or wrong.
Step 1: Setting up my website. Nothing more to really say about this, you can see for yourself the results. Good, bad, or indifferent?
A nice website makes sense. Does this one fit that description? Or should I fire the designer? Were the bleary eyes and late nights worth it?
Tomorrow, I’ll go through the process of exactly how I got this whole thing set up.
